Back to School Again
Well, you are finally back in action after a break. Like you needed one after just 2 days in school! Hope it goes well!
Overflo Student Night at Parkview Celebrate
This Thursday, August 28, Overflo will be joining with all of Parkview at a special Parkview Celebrate service that includes baptism. I am excited about the 12 students that are getting baptized. If you have signed up for baptism, see you at 6:45pm in my office.
Also...the Overflo Spaghetti Dinner
If you are interested in going to Winter Extreme in Gatlinburg, you need to be part of the spaghetti dinner that we will be hosting this Thursday from 5:45pm - 6:45pm. I need everyone to be here in black bottoms and white tops at 4:30pm! Be ready to work as we raise money to offset the cost of the charter bus to Winter Extreme. If your family wants to attend, call the church office at 445-5440 to purchase tickets ($6 per person, $20 max for immediate family). Students that help will be free.

There will be no 727 Small Groups this Saturday, August 30 or next Saturday, September 6! Be watching for more info as well as sign up opportunities on Thursday, September 4 at Overflo Student Night.
New Series, "Power of a Changed Life" premieres
Due to Tropical Storm Fay, Overflo's new series will now premiere next Thursday, September 4! You won't want to miss out on it. Matter of fact, come to Parkview Celebrate this Thursday and get some special Overflo invite cards to give your friends.
An Andy Update
Brother Andy is resting comfortably in the hospital after having triple bypass surgery last Thursday. Please continue to pray for a speedy recovery. If you visit him at Florida Hospital Ormond, please make it brief (5 minutes max.) so he can get his rest!
Well, hopefully, I will see you at the spaghetti dinner, Parkview Celebrate, or at a weekend service! Enjoy your Tuesday off!

there is school tuesday! its a fay makeup day, but thanx 4 rubbing it in! :) i can help out at 4:30 for the spaghetti dinner, but a t 6:00 i have to go to my school for some high school credits meeting, but then ill be back for parkview celebrate! see everyone there!

I just learned that because of the way my credits are from last year even though i messed up, i will still be a Junior next year! which will be awsome because that means i can start taking higher level corses and getting done with high school faster. I'm looking forward to having free time to study arabic so i can help translate things to people in some african vilages when i start in the missions field... glad to hear Brother Andy is doing well, He has been in my prayers all weekend...
hope everyone had a great third day of school for Flagler Kids, and a first for all St. Johns kids...

wanna know something awsome (and creepy)? I gave my life to Christ on June 5th right? Well... i was looking threw all the songs we play in overflo to experiment with some jazzy tunes so i would'nt play the same note the whole time... well anyway the song "Lead Me To The Cross" (notice the name) was printed on June 5th! I think it's awsome and funny how God puts things together like that...
but yea, i'll be going to my little brothers' football practice... ill be back on hopefully tonight... check my profile... i did a major update!

just got back from itms open house! FUN FUN FUN! JK! since im in NJHS (national junior honor society) i had to hand out maps of the school to parents! even more fun. all of them asking me where certain classes wer, but i had no clue so i told them what i thought! :) LOL
